Born To Shine Organisation (BTS) invites you to our High Tea Buffet where we explore our 2020 Event Theme: Parenting In A Diverse Cultural Environment.
Raising children in a diverse cultural environment can be mentally, physically and socially challenging. If those challenges are not addressed, families will breakdown. This is an opportunity we are giving back to the community and provide a platform to share our experiences, barriers, wins and ways to overcome cultural clashes. A problem shared is a problem solved. Community voice has the power to bring a change for better parenting and improved family relationships.

This conference is open to all women from all walks of life and it is a platform for women to learn the importance of being grateful for what they have and share ideas as they appreciate one another during the conference.
The art of gratitude is a powerful tool we can activate within us to improve our health and well-being. Gratitude amplifies the good in ourselves and others, hence, strengthening and solidifying relationships with friends, family, neighbours, and co-workers. With gratitude, we live a long healthy life, including quality sleep, self-esteem, mental strength, high energy levels, controlled blood pressure, and enhanced empathy and reduced symptoms of stress and depression.
